Outgoing RSS Feeds

EfficiencySpring has the ability to output site-wide RSS feeds from its rssgenerate.aspx file, located in the root folder of the installation. You can configure the outgoing feeds through the Outgoing RSS Feeds section. Using the section, it is possible to include items from multiple Data Manager or Content Manager sections within each RSS feed. For each section setup for the feed, there is a setting called Days To List. This determines how long a new record in Data Manager or a new page in Content Manager should appear in the RSS feed, using the object's add date within the history log as a start date.

Feeds can be turned on or off using the Active field. In addition, "no new items" notifications can be included the feeds if the Show Empty Sections checkbox is checked.
