Templates Administration

The Templates administration section provides you with a place for storing HTML templates that can be utilized in a variety of ways, such as

• Custom headers and footers for sections that override the default visual design
• Process Manager email templates
• Content Page templates
• Blast Email templates

For each template record, you can specify a name for the template, and its corresponding HTML. In addtion:

The Content Manager Template checkbox determines whether the template appears in a list of available templates when creating a content page with Content Manager.

The Blast Email Template checkbox determines whether the template can be used for sending blast emails.

The Use As Data Manager Template for field is used to specify whether the template can be used as an XML template for a Data Manager record, and which section it can be used in.

Each template entered is stored in the lu_Template database table.
