Forums Administration

EfficiencySpring ships with a Forums tool which allows users to read, post, and reply to messages. Posting messages requires that a user have Add Rights to the end user Forums section.

The Forums Administration section allows you to setup individual forums that will appear in the Forums tool. Each forum will only be visible to the Group it has been assigned to. Assigning a forum to the user group "Public" will essentially make the forum available to all of the site's users. In addition, for a forum to be visible, its Active checkbox must by checked.

The forums you add are saved to the tForum_Boards database table.
